Returns Policy

We like to keep things simple here at Street Food Box® and minimise the impact on the environment by keeping the need for deliveries to a minimum. But we recognise on rare occasions there may be a need to return a purchase, so you can do so within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, Street Food Box® must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include the cutlery, bag and napkin and be accompanied by your proof of purchase.

Making changes to your order or the delivery of your parcel

As we work quickly to pick and pack items, this means orders can’t be changed. This includes adding additional items and amending payment methods.

We are also not able to guarantee being able to cancel an order but we will always do so if possible.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know if we have approved or rejected your request.

If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. It may take a few further days for the refund to appear in your account.

If for any reason you have not received your refund, please contact us via email.

Exchanges

We will gladly exchange your Street Food Box® if it is damaged or defective or hasn’t performed as you expected. This is provided there is no evidence of incorrect use or misuse.

To be eligible for exchange, Street Food Box® must be accompanied by your proof of purchase.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know if we have approved or rejected your request.

If your exchange is approved, a replacement will normally be dispatched with 14 days. If for any reason this is not possible, we’ll notify you accordingly.

Returning your Street Food Box®

Please send your Street Food Box® to: Unit 5, Beechwood Business Park, Burdock Close, Cannock WS11 7GB UK.

You will need to pay the shipping cost for returning your item which will not be refunded. We cannot guarantee receipt of returns so please consider whether to send it by a signed for service.
